Notes：

1. All English taught programs are marked with “(English)” while the rest are taught in Chinese.

2. Those who wish to apply for engineering-related course should have a good background of mathematics, physics and chemistry; those who wish to apply for courses related to economics and management should be excellent in Mathematics; those who wish to apply for courses related to art and design should have basic foundations in fine arts and design.

1. Undergraduate Program: CNY16,200/year (Delivered in Chinese); CNY18,800/year (Delivered in English)

2. Masters’ Degree Program: CNY22,600/year (Delivered in Chinese)

3. PhD Program: CNY25,000/year (Delivered in Chinese)

4. Registration Fee: CNY400

IV Requirements for Admission

1. Undergraduate Program：

(1)Over 18 years old and hold a minimum of high school diploma.

(2)Requirements for students taught in Chinese: HSK level must be band 4 or above; for those fail to meet the entry requirements (HSK of band 4), they will receive one year’s conditional admission based on their performance at university’s scheduled interview and review.

(3)Requirements for students taught in English: 1)Native English Speaker or English as official language, 2) IELTS 5.0/TOEFL 60, 3) Instructed in English at high school 4) Other English Language Competence are accepted by our university.

2. Postgraduate (Masters’/PHD)

(1)Master Degree application: Bachelor’s degree with achieving HSK 5 or higher; PHD Degree application: Master’s degree with achieving HSK 6 or higher, good health condition

(2)For those applying for programs instructed in English, HSK grading is not a must

(3)Requirements for students taught in English: 1) Native English Speaker or English as official language 2) IELTS5.5/TOEFL80 3) Instructed in English at undergraduate period 4) Other English Language Competence admitted by ZJUT.

(4)Attention: For those who have given up their original Chinese citizenship and become foreign citizens, according to Document No.83 (2009) of Ministry of Education of the PRC, must become foreign citizens before April 30, 2016, and must have lived abroad more than 2 years from April 30, 2016 to April 30, 2020 (more than 9 months of residence abroad per year can be considered as one year)

V、Application Materials

1.Application form with ID photo (white background, 35mm×45mm in size).

2. A photocopy of passport.

3. Senior high school diploma (original copy or notarized copy).

4. Graduating high school students can provide pre-graduation Certificate. After admission, the original graduation certificate or notarized copy should be submitted.

5. Transcripts for all the courses in senior high school (original copy or notarized copy).

6. HSK certificate (for Chinese-instructed program applicants). After admission, the original copy should be submitted

7. TOEFL/IELTS or other score report of English language test (for English-instructed program applicants, whose native language is not English). After admission, the original copy should be submitted.

8.Applicants who have given up their original Chinese citizenship and become foreign citizens should submit (1) cancellation certificate of Chinese citizenship (2) current citizenship certificate (3)Exit and Entry Record on passport, from July 30th ,2016 to July 30th , 2020.

9. Applicants less than 18 years (by September 1st, 2020) should submit (1) Letter of Guarantee (who must be an adult residing in Hangzhou) (2) notarized Authorization Letter written by parents, copies available.

10. Remittance receipt of the application fee，copies available.

11. Two recommendation letters in English or Chinese (for graduate application). Letters must include phone number or email address.

Tips:

1. Results of international standard tests (e.g. SAT/IB/GCE A-LEVEL/ACT/OTHER) are accepted.

2. Application documents in other languages must be translated in Chinese or English and notarized.

3. The above application materials need to be uploaded to the registration system. The original ones must be handed in to Admission Office, International College, Zhejiang University of Technology. Those who lack the materials or are inaccurate will not be registered.

4. Application materials and application fee will NOT be refunded regardless of the result of application.

5. Zhejiang University of Technology may ask the applicants to submit supplementary materials or take a telephone/video interview if necessary.
