1、 Objects, duration and application conditions of scholarship

Undergraduate scholarship is offered to those who apply for a bachelor's degree in Harbin Normal University. The term of study is four years. The applicant should have a diploma equivalent to that of a senior high school in China, with excellent academic performance and no more than 25 years old.

Master's Scholarship: it is offered to those who apply for master's degree in Harbin Normal University, and the professional study period is 3 academic years. The applicant should have a bachelor's degree with excellent academic performance, and be recommended by two professors or associate professors. After passing the entrance examination of our university, the applicant will be admitted to our university under the age of 35.

Doctoral scholarship: it is offered to those who apply to Harbin Normal University to study for a doctor's degree. The professional study period is 3-4 academic years. The applicant should have a master's degree with excellent academic performance, and be recommended by two professors or associate professors. If they pass the entrance examination of our university, they will be admitted to our university. They are under 40 years old.

2、 Scholarship content

Heilongjiang provincial government scholarship will provide students with registration fee, tuition fee, basic textbook fee, accommodation fee and comprehensive medical insurance. International Travel and living expenses shall be borne by themselves. If the scholarship students require experiments or internships beyond the school's teaching plan, the expenses incurred shall be borne by themselves.

3、 Application time

Applicants can obtain the enrollment brochures of the following year from the International Student Enrollment Office in December each year, and submit all materials before April 1.
